Kent State University’s Office of Experiential Education and Civic Engagement will host the annual Oxfam Social Issues Banquet, which will bring socially conscious individuals together to enlighten and empower faculty and students interested in using their knowledge and skills to support local efforts. This year’s banquet involves a hunger simulation where guests will be divided into groups representing socioeconomic classes, determining their meal and seating arrangement.
