Poetically Speaking: A Series of Conversations with the Wick Poetry Center

Join Kent State University poets and instructors Alice Cone and Katherine Orr for a conversation about the poetry of Maggie Anderson and Mira Rosenthal on Sunday, November 13 from 2:00 - 3:30 pm.  Anderson and Rosenthal will both be reading in KSU's Kiva Auditorium on November 16 at 7:30 pm as part of the annual Wick Reading Series. The reading is free and open to the public.

Packets of the poets' selected works are at the Reference Desk or may be downloaded here; however, no previous knowledge of the poet's work is necessary to attend the conversation.

Registration is requested for the discussion at the library. Please contact the Reference Desk at 330.673.4414 or kflinfo@kentfreelibrary.org.

This is the second in the Wick Reading Series; prior to each poetry reading, members of the Kent State community will host a discussion on the work of the visiting poet at the Kent Free Library. For more information on the Wick Reading Series, visit www.kent.edu/wick.
