Saturday, June 4, marks the debut of Prospect + Pioneer, a new band based in Kent. We describe our sound as noisy Americana, with influences that include Dylan, Steve Earle, Elvis Costello, and Joe Strummer.
The show starts around 9:30pm with Flip Sides spinning vinyl. Monica and Kevin of the excellent soul-pop band Torrey Canyon LTD, will play a few songs unplugged. P+P go on around 10:30-11:00pm-ish and will do about a 90-minute set. Then, more vinyl from Flip Sides.
