The Celtic Club's St. Pet's Day Pet Parade in downtown Kent- postponed due to weather on March 16- has been been rescheduled. It will now be called the St. Pet's Day Crooked River Pet Walk- and will take place at Fred Fuller Park in Kent at 1pm on Saturday, April 13. Participants and their pets will walk along the Cuyahoga River pathway from Fred Fuller Park to Tannery Park and back. St. Pet's Day is in memory of WNIR radio host Tom Erickson, a strong pet advocate. The Honorary Chairperson is ravenna resident Dave Nethken. The Celtic Club is inviting pet lovers and their pets to come to Fred Fuller Park in Kent and to please bring donations of dry dog/cat food and cat litter for humane/pet rescue groups. Look at the Facebook page- St. Pet's Day- and remember to like the event. Information 330-867-0485 or thecelticclubofohio@yahoo.com
