STRIKE OUT DOMESTIC VIOLENCE

We are Kent State Sisters Against Domestic Abuse (KSSADA) and we are raising money for the organization Safer Futures of Portage County, Ohio. It is our mission to raise $1500 (and hopefully a lot more) by the end of April 2012.

Safer Futures is a nonprofit organization that provides shelter, legal advocacy, and referrals to victims of domestic violence. Their mission is to lessen the scope of domestic violence in Portage County. They use community outreach programs to build awareness and teach communities about warning signs associated with domestic violence. Safer Futures helps families become reestablished and acquire freedom from their abusive situations.
