Kent State University’s Department of Pan-African Studies will host West African wood and clay artist Isaac Kwame Awuku for a gallery exhibit of his work. Awuku, from Ghana, will present a wood carving demonstration from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. that will include a lecture at 3 p.m. The reception begins at 5:30 p.m.
