Come join the friends and associates from Wild Earth Outfitters in the first hike of the year!
This Weekend we are offering the first of many hiking adventures offered to anyone who like to attend.
We will hike down the Cuyahoga River April 6th at 9:00 am. The hike will begin at the store and we will walk down to the old dam and then along the bank for 2 miles and return back to the store. Pointed out along the way will be the history of the of the river, geology of the area, inhabitants of the river, a discussion of the endangered mussels, tree identification as well as any spring wild flowers that may be in bloom. The hike is very casual in nature, no forced marches, and questions are encouraged. Hope to see you there!
