Yoga Basics is our signature beginner class. It will now be held in 2 segments. Yoga Basics I will address the question "What is yoga?" and will focus on the content: body awareness, breath, meditative movement, philosophy. Yoga Basics II will cover form: the classic postures, breathing exercises and alignment. Both are recommended (but are not necessary to take our other classes). Please register. Drop-in is permitted for regular Kent Yoga students, space permitting.
