Job Opening at Kent Adhesive Products Co.

Kent Adhesive Products Co. is hiring a coater operator for a day-shift job four days a week. 

The employee would work 10 hour days from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Thursday. 

Primary responsibilities, according to the job posting:

1. Responsible for daily start-up operation and control of assigned coating process and equipment.
2. Maintain daily production through processes, respond to and resolve product quality issues and coordinate machine change- over's.
3. Perform/facilitate product, process and equipment troubleshooting activities and preventative maintenance
4.  Maintain all process set up sheets, records and shift logs as required
5. Document and communicate shift problems and correct actions to co-workers, supervisors, engineers
6. Read and follow work order instructions, including raw material and processing information.
7. Accurately and timely record production information into computer system.
