Robin Turner retiring; resignation effective Nov. 1
Kent City Council At-Large Representative Robin Turner is resigning his position effective Nov. 1.
Turner, a Democrat, said his resignation from public office is a technical requirement in order to retire as a public employee. Turner worked more than 20 years in local government.
