Sensory Evaluation of Wine Workshop
Want to learn more about wine characteristics and wine flaws?

Join the Kent State University Ashtabula Viticulture and Enology Program for the Sensory Evaluation of Wine Workshop at the Kent State University Hotel and Conference Center in Kent, Ohio! Wine consumers of all levels - from novice to professional - are welcome to sign up for this thorough workshop in which participants will learn how to identify characteristics and flaws in red and white wines during the course of two full days - Saturday, February 28, 2015 and Sunday, March 1, 2015.
