Series Showing Properties With Delinquent Fines Resumes Monday
It's the first time city has passed on fees to county to be added to property tax bills.

For the first time, the city of Kent is referring to Portage County to be added to their individual property tax bills.
The tax bill liens come from unpaid fines and fees assessed by the city last year on property owners for civil infractions, which range from property maintenance violations to building and safety code violations.
