I am looking to sublet after May 10 through August 3. This apartment is a 4-bedroom standard at University Edge right off campus. I am only subletting 1 bedroom. All 4 bedrooms are separate leases. Each bedroom has its own bathroom attached for personal use and each bedroom locks. Rent for this apartment is $555 a month and it includes everything (electricity, trash, cable, internet, water, etc.). I am willing to pay for the month of May so you would only have to pay for June and July. The kitchen and living room are quite spacious and each room is completely furnished.
