United Way of Portage County 4 person scramble sponsored by Windmill Lakes Golf Course & Meaden & Moore

This wonderful event helps the United Way of Portage County to fund over 43 different programs in this community! Please join us, the costs are as follows: $100 per person or $500 Corporate Sponsor (includes 4 players & hole sponsorship) Lunch, dinner (steak or chicken) prizes, golf cart & range. Dinner ONLY-$25. per person. In addition we are looking for: $150 hole sponsors, $500 Golf Cart Sponsor, in-kind gifts for prizes and door prizes.
