The four men are accused of being part of large group of motorcycles, dirt bikes and all-terrain vehicles that tore through Lakewood, heading west down Clifton Boulevard. The vehicles weaved in and out of traffic, drove through red lights, drove onto sidewalks and front lawns, and refused to stop for police, Captain Ed Hassing of Lakewood Police said.
Police had to block intersections in the city to prevent accidents as the horde of vehicles moved through Lakewood. The gang of vehicles also harassed Cleveland residents on Sunday, blocking traffic in the city and refusing to stop for police.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol was also involved in the pursuit of the vehicles. The agency told WKYC that the group of motorists broke into smaller packs once police began pursuing them. The ATVs and motorcycles ended up driving into different cities, including Cleveland.
