This is a question I am frequently asked, mostly in regards to foods & supplements. It seems that more and more we are being inundated with health & wellness information coming from all directions. Unfortunately, there are many companies and individuals out there ready to capitalize on the ever-growing wave of interest in the subject and our desire to stay young and healthy.
