Lakewood resident and creator of Zombie Socks Nicki Schneider will be hosting a Vegan Baking Basics class at Crafty Goodness on Sunday, February 26th from 1-3 pm.

When not sewing one of a kind creatures from "dead" socks, she is concocting delicious treats in her kitchen.
Over the course of the afternoon she will discuss substitutions, recipes and answer any questions you may have.
During the seminar the attendees will sample a delicious, 100% Vegan pastry plus try a few different soy milks.
