Lakewood Public Library Main Library

Are you a caregiver who identifies as or suspects they are neurodivergent, hoping to find your community? Join us for a casual meetup to find other parents on a similar journey. The meetup includes relaxing crafts and snacks, casual conversation and a welcoming space to share, vent, connect or just craft quietly. Crafts are provided, but you're welcome to bring your own. Neurodivergent is an umbrella term that can include ADHD, anxiety, autism, dyslexia, OCD, BPD, PTSD or complex PTSD (CPTSD) and many more. Free childcare available (ages 1–12 years, registration required).

The simple format of prayer, scripture reading, contemporary writing, silence and shared reflection will allow us to offer our intentions of love and support to our brothers and sisters of the world community. Book by Tina Fey, lyricist Nell Benjamin (Legally Blonde) and composer Jeff Richmond (Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt). Adapted from Fey's hit 2004 film, Mean Girls.
Directed by Scott Spence, Musical direction by Larry Goodpaster, and choreography by Lauren Marousek. Senney Theater. July 10 to August 9, 2026 with Thursdays July 23, 30, and August 6, 2026. Presented in arrangement with Music Theatre International (MTI).

Cady Heron grew up on an African savanna, but nothing could prepare her for the wild and malicious ways of her strange adventure in suburban Illinois. How will this naïve newbie rise to popularity? By taking on frenemies led by the charming but cutting Regina George. Cady learns the hard way that you can’t cross a queen bee without getting stung.

Cleveland Public Library-Louis Stokes Wing

As part of Ohio-Goes-to-the-Movies and America-250, the Cleveland Silent Film Festival presents renowned director Victor Sjöström's emotional take on Hawthorne's famous novel, starring Ohio-native Lillian Gish. With original live compilation score by Eric Charnofsky performed by the Cleveland Photoplayers, and based on the original MGM cue sheet. Pre-film gathering at 2:00, with introductory remarks by film scholar Jonah Horwitz at 2:30, film at 3:00, and reception following with a talkback about the score and its creation by the musicians.
