Changes Made at Recreation Department

officials confirmed two high-ranking members of have either resigned or didn’t have a contract renewed in the last few weeks.

The elected not to renew the contract of Recreation Commissioner Erin Fach at a recent board meeting. His contract is scheduled to end July 31, and he has not been replaced, according to Lakewood Assistant Superintendent Kevin Bright.

Bright also confirmed the resignation of Athletic manager Michael Callahan. Callahan vacated his post on April 13^th and a replacement has not been chosen, according to Christine Gordillo, communications and public relations specialist for Lakewood City Schools.

Bright said he could not comment further on personnel matters.
