Coach leads by example - sets the tone

Here is the "face" of leadership by example, something most of us admire.This is also another reason why I feel that the Lakewood educational system is such an excellent one.
Coach Andrew Toth is pictured here doing push-ups with his players. In my career in education and sports, I very rarely saw coaches do practice workouts/exercises with their players. Only once when I was on my HS gymnastics team back in NYC, did I see the gymnastics coach of a nearby HS do a very difficult horizontal bar move as a teaching moment but he was a former member of the USA gymnastics team in the Olympics!
