Distill Table Opens In Lakewood
A ribbon-cutting, grand opening event is scheduled for the entire Western Reserve Distillers complex on September 8.

LAKEWOOD, OH — Distill Table, the restaurant connected to Western Reserve Distillers, is now open. The business had its soft opening on Monday and is now seating customers, Kevin Thomas, owner of Western Reserve Distillers, told Patch.
The restaurant will be open to the public until September 8, when a grand opening event is scheduled for the Western Reserve Distillers complex, Thomas said. On that Saturday, the facility will open to the public at about 6 p.m.
Distill Table is led by Chef Eddie Tancredi, who Patch profiled in May 2017. Tancredi has said his restaurant will focus on sustainable, locally sourced ingredients. In time, the chef wants everything offered on his menu to come from the region — that will include alcohol.
