Join the Rocky River Watershed Council, Cleveland Metroparks, Ohio Central Basin Steelheaders and the Emerald Necklace Chapter of Trout Unlimited to pick up trash in and around the Rocky River. We will meet at the Scenic Park Picnic Area near Emerald Necklace Marina on the Valley Parkway. Look for the picnic shelter next to the river.
Boots or sturdy shoes needed. Long pants and gloves recommended. Keeping trash out of the river keeps it out of Lake Erie where it can tangle with fish and pollute the water. Scouts and other groups invited with adult supervision. Pre-registration is requested for groups. Join us after the cleanup for hot dogs on the grill!
