Community WOD (Free CrossFit Workout)

Can't make Saturdays at 10am? Try out Birdtown CrossFit this Tuesday (5/28) or Wednesday (5/29) at 7:30pm for Bonus Community WODs. The Community WOD (or Intro Class) is a one hour long, instructor led class, with other brave souls that want to see what they are made of. You will see a mix of people, young and old, fit and not so fit. All are welcome! Arrive at the gym a few minutes early to sign the waiver and watch the previous CrossFit class in action. When it's time to start, we will gather everyone, give a brief introduction to the facility, explain basic concepts of CrossFit, and lead you through a typical class. We'll close by answering any questions you may have.


The next session of Birdtown CrossFit's Fundamentals Classes begin June 3rd & 4th. This gives you three chances to try it out before joining, we hope to see you!
