Community WOD (Free CrossFit Workout)

The Community WOD (or Intro Class) is a one hour long, instructor led class, with other brave souls that want to see what they are made of. You will see a mix of people, young and old, fit and not so fit. All are welcome! Arrive at the gym a few minutes early to sign the waiver and watch the previous CrossFit class in action. When it's time to start, we will gather everyone, give a brief introduction to the facility, explain basic concepts of CrossFit, and lead you through a typical class. We'll close by answering any questions you may have.
