Northeast Ohioans who’ve lost a loved one to suicide are invited to join the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention at an annual day of hope and healing on Saturday, Nov. 17.

Survivors will:
- Get practical advice and guidance on how to cope with grief after suicide.
- Hear “experienced” survivors of suicide loss share their stories and address questions like: Why did this happen? How do I cope? How can I explain this to my child? What should I do for the holidays?
- Learn the basics about what research has taught us about suicide, grief, and healing. What helps? What hurts?

The conference is taking place at Bain Park Cabin, 21007 N. Park Dr., Fairview Park, OH, from Noon-4 p.m. There is no charge and lunch and refreshments are included.
