Outdoor Yoga at Lakewood Park

PY's outdoor classes are fun, invigorating, grounding and flowing.

Necessities: Mat, water, towel, sunglasses and sunscreen/bug spray.  We practice in various locations throughout the park.  We meet at Women's pavilion. Class not recommended for children under the age of 12.

Fee:  Class pass or drop in: $10-$15.  If paying at park, cash or check written to Puma Yoga. 

Inclement weather: PY Studio, 15602 Detroit Avenue, Lakewood.

Class updates provided through Facebook and Twitter one hour prior to class.
