PROPOSED ORDINANCE NO. 38-2012   - Adjust Fee for Dangerous dog registration after initial registration.  (1st Read 9/4/12, 2^nd Reading 9/17/12)

PROPOSED ORDINANCE NO.  44-12 Enact 331.345 Using Communications Device While Driving Texting While Driving (1st Read 9/17/12, 2^ND Reading 10/1/12)

PROPOSED ORDINANCE NO. 49-12 – Amend 513.045, Use Or Possession of Marihuana Paraphernalia for purpose of complying with changes to the State of Ohio criminal code. (1^st Reading 10/1/12)
