There will be a Rules & Ordinances Committee Meeting Monday, March 5, 2012 at 6:30 PM in the Jury Room of Lakewood City Hall, 12650 Detroit Avenue, Lakewood, Ohio.  The agenda is as follows:

Communication from Law Director Butler & Corresponding

PROPOSED ORDINANCE NO.  13-12       Amends Lakewood Code to incorporate/reconcile recent changes in State Law relative to Criminal Theft (after Passage of Ohio House Bill 86).  The House Bill raised the minimum value of property from $500 to $1,000 to classify as a felony; (Read the first time at the 2/6/12 Regular Council Meeting, Read the second time at the 2/21/12 Regular Council Meeting.
