There will be a Rules & Ordinances Committee Meeting Monday, October 15, 2012 at 6:00 PM in the Jury Room of Lakeood City Hall, 12650 Detroit Avenue, Lakewood, Ohio.  The agenda is as follows:

PROPOSED ORDINANCE NO. 42-12 – Annual Codification – Annual inclusion of those ordinances of a general and permanent nature adopted by Council on or before July 16, 2012 into the Codified Ordinances of the City.  (Read 1st at the 9/4/12 Council Meeting, Read 2^nd at the 9/17/12 Council Meeting) – pg. 1

PROPOSED ORDINANCE NO. 46-12 -  – Reverting the authority to inspect underground storage tanks from the City to the State (Read 1st at the 9/17/12 Council Meeting, Read 2^nd at the 10/1/12 Council Meeting) – pg. 4

PROPOSED ORDINANCE NO 47-12 – An ordinance repealing Chapter 157, Collective Bargaining, of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood (Read 1^st at the 10/1/12 Council Meeting) – pg. 8
