You can place your bet that this Derby-themed cocktail party will have you in the mood for the "The Most Exciting Two Minutes in Sports," as guests are encouraged to dress for the Derby-including those stylish and elegant hats that make race day so colorful! Don't have that special hat? Well, hold onto your Mint Julep, because nearly two dozen of our favorite local artists have donated one-of-a-kind Derby Hats to be auctioned off. And what can makethis fun and festive event better?
All proceeds from this event go to the 2nd annual Dusty Boots Derby Benefit-a race day get-together at Rocky River Stables that will support the Therapeutic Riding Programs, Youth Outreach Programs, and the Scholarship Funds of Valley Riding, Inc. These programs represent some of the most progressive, inspirational and valued therapeutic outlets for all-age participants and the special challenges they face.
