Finding time for family, exercise, and relaxation is challenging. In Village Yoga, a child-focused yoga series for adults and children, they’re all rolled into one. Connect with other families through exercise and play: poses, movement, songs, games, challenge, and quiet time. Five week series through July 26th. No class 7/5.
Lakewood resident: $75/non-resident $85 (fee is for one adult of any age plus one child between 5 and 9 years*)
