Former Lakewood Hospital Foundation Now Three Arches Foundation

The refocused group will now be a grant-making community organization, rather than a hospital-focused group.

LAKEWOOD, OH — The former Lakewood Hospital Foundation has completed its transition to a grant-awarding community group that will be called the Three Arches Foundation. The change was approved in December 2017.

Three Arches will still be health-focused, according to a press release from the group. The organization will look to invest in philanthropic initiatives that will offer programs and services that will improve the health of Lakewood residents and residents of surrounding communities.

The group's two main focus areas for the next several years will be Access to Care and Behavioral Health. The organization will pursue those goals while being led by W. Charles Geiger III, the newly elected chair of the Three Arches Foundation Board of Directors, and Kristin G. Broadbent will serve as president and CEO.
