Fort Hill Stairs Ranked Most Instagram-able Spot In Metroparks
The Cleveland Metroparks ranked their 10 most "Instagram-able" spots -- and the Rocky River Reservation's Fort Hill Stairs topped the list.

NORTH OLMSTED, OH — With foliage aflame in Northeast Ohio, Cleveland Metroparks officials want residents to go out and enjoy the array of colors adorning tree canopies. Living in the age of social media, the park system decided to rank its 10 most "Instagram-able" spots to spur visitors.
The Fort Hill Stairs in the Rocky River Reservation claimed the top spot on the list. The stairs offer a panoramic view of the Rocky River from 90 feet up. With 155 steps, guests can take in an incredible view, including plenty of leaves.
After significant movement of the shale cliff alongside the steps, the original 135 steps were removed for the safety of visitors. The steps were re-built in 2016 and are now 20 feet wider than before. Total investment for the project was $450,000, which included design and construction costs.
