LAKEWOOD, OH — Lakewood police will again take part in the national "Coffee with a Cop" movement on Friday, March 6. The upcoming event will be held at Starbucks, 15027 Detroit Avenue.

Coffee with a Cop will run from 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. Coffee isn't free, but participating officers will have tokens to give away to residents who stop by.

"This will hopefully help to strengthen the relationship between residents and the police, and also help a business out in the process," the city said on its website.
