"Runner of the Week" goes to Freshman Henry Bish who ran a tactically smart race on Sat. Oct. 12th at the West Shore Conference Championship meet held at Cahoon Park in Bay Village.
Finishing 36th overall with a 21 second PR of 18:00, Henry earned the 6th spot on the Lakewood Ranger Boys Varsity team and will compete this Sat. Oct. 19th with the Rangers in the Div. 1 District Race at 3:15pm being held at Lorain County Community College.
