Homicide In Lakewood: Police Seek Public's Help
The death of Daniel Donlan was ruled a homicide in late January. Now police are asking the public for help finding Donlan's killer.

LAKEWOOD, OH — Daniel Donlan, 70, was killed by blunt force trauma to the head in late January, police said. He was found dead in his home on Robinwood Avenue. Now police are asking the public for help finding Donlan's killer.
Officers were sent to the home on Robinwood at about 10:50 a.m. on Jan. 29 to perform a welfare check. The caller, one of Donlan's neighbor, said they had not seen or been able to get in contact with Donlan for several days. Police arrived, got into Donlan's home and found him dead.
It's unclear how long Donlan was dead in the house. The neighbor who called to request a welfare check said he had knocked on the 70-year-old's door several times throughout the weekend but had gotten no answer.
Dolan reportedly had multiple girlfriends, according to the 911 call made to request a welfare check.
