House Fire Breaks Out In Lakewood On Monday
Crews battled an early morning house fire in Lakewood.

LAKEWOOD, OH — Firefighters battled an early morning house fire in Lakewood on Monday. No one was hurt in the blaze, according to reports.
The fire started at 2:30 a.m. at a house on Park Place, according to Fire Marshal Ryan Fairbanks. When firefighters arrived, the fire was on the porch and had spread to the second floor and attic. However, all of the residents made it out of the house and were unhurt.
Crews were able to keep the blaze from spreading to neighboring homes.

Streets near the flames were briefly closed to traffic. Firefighters worked for three hours to contain the blaze.
The cause of the fire is currently under investigation, Fairbanks told Patch.
