Initial tenants announced at Secor Square
S.J. Collins Enterprises has signed leases for the first tenants at Secor Square, a new mixed-use retail center in Toledo.
S.J. Collins Enterprises (sjcollinsent.com), a commercial real estate development firm, has signed leases for the first tenants at Secor Square, a new mixed-use retail center in Toledo.
Scheduled to open in spring 2017, the retail hub’s tenants will be anchored by a 35,000-square-foot 365 by Whole Foods Market, a new concept grocery store that provides simple, affordable and convenient everyday shopping without sacrificing the quality standards and dedication to food transparency that Whole Foods Market pioneered. Secor Square’s market will be one of the first 10 to open nationwide.
The retail center’s other tenants will include Fusian, Great Clips, Orangetheory Fitness, PetPeople, PizzaFire and The Joint Chiropractic.

“Secor Square will be an enormous asset to shoppers in the Toledo region with not only one of the first 365 by Whole Foods Market in the country but also with a great diverse retail mix for the area,” said Jeff Garrison, partner at S.J. Collins Enterprises. “We’re proud to help bring this well-respected company, along with several other exciting retail stores, to Toledo.”
Located at 3379 Secor Road in Toledo, Secor Square is centrally located directly off of Interstate 475 on Secor Road.

“Our goal is to create a varied merchandising mix that is tailored for the Toledo market at Secor Square,” said Justin Latone, director of leasing for the center. “These new tenants along with our anchor store, 365 by Whole Foods Market, are the perfect lineup to offer shoppers a diverse selection of shopping and dining options with a nice range of choices. We look forward to adding other great retailers to the mix.”
