Traveling Folk Duo Makes Stop in Lakewood

Sunday with Friends happens at the Lakewood Public Library.

This Sunday with Friends features Jackie and Gary: Singing the Good Old Songs Again.

This folk duo is living out a dream, crisscrossing the country to play venues big and small and making friends everywhere with their favorite songs. They've never been to Lakewood before, so let's greet them with open arms and send them off with raucous applause.

Last Sunday two local kids, starry-eyed world travelers and classically trained violinists, came home from abroad to play a special Father's Day concert filled with Eastern European favorites. Ariel Bittner and Nate Bocchicchio perform as Gypsy Moon.

And this is just one of the many opportunities at the Lakewood Public Library.
