The Clifton Commercial District, from at least W 110th going west to the busy intersection at W 117th Street. Where there are shops, restaurants, banks, businesses, drivers slowing to turn right & left, numorous pedistrian crossings, I think the speed limit should be at 25 MPH in that zone.
