Melt Named One Of US's Fastest Growing Restaurants
Lakewood's own Melt Bar and Grilled made Restaurant Business Magazine list of the 50 fastest growing restaurant groups.

LAKEWOOD, OH — Melt Bar and Grilled is one of America's 50 fastest growing restaurants, according to Restaurant Business Magazine. Melt came in at 36th on the Future 50 list.
“Making the Future 50 list is great,” says Matt Fish, owner and founder, “But the thing that means the most to me is that it is validation of the Melt concept. Gourmet comfort food, served in a cool atmosphere by awesome people, creates not just a meal, but an experience. We’re grateful for the continued support from our fans and promise to never stop trying to get better and better!”
Melt has been expanding into new Northeast Ohio communities, opening restaurants in Canton and Avon in recent months. Fish's restaurant seems to be following an aggressive plan to spread the Melt love to new communities.
