Do you know why exercise is also called recreation? Because you re-create yourself when you workout, helping ourselves to be healthier, happier and in some cases more sane. So, what does Lakewood do in its infinite wisdom? It builds a new gym for both Lakewood High School and the community. Y-E-A-H ! ! !
I don't know about you but for me, finding a new gym is like finding a new toy store except nowadays my toys are much more expensive. Thanks to First Federal Lakewood bank and the citizens of Lakewood, they made this happen and the ceremony was quite the spectacle.
