New Ceramic Classes at the Screw Factory
Classes and workshops for children, teens and adults begin September 3rd!
Gina DeSantis Ceramics has expanded class and workshop offerings this fall. The studio re-opens after a month long summer break on Wednesday, September 3rd. The popular Monday and Thursday night all levels wheel throwing classes are back along with a Wednesday night class taught by CIA and Kent State alumni Brian Sarama. In addition to the six and eight week classes are a series of one-day workshops perfect for those with busy schedules. No experience is necessary for the classes.
Kids’ classes for ages 7-12 have also been added. These classes include both wheel throwing and hand building techniques. There are also Halloween and gift themed workshops this fall.
In addition to classes, the classroom offers open studio time for those who need access to the facility but do not require instruction.

All classes are held at 13000 Athens Ave, Suite C323 in Lakewood, Ohio. The building is officially known as the Lake Erie Building but more commonly known as the Screw Factory.
