Outdoor Slow Flow Yoga

Celebrate
the last summer holiday by getting out of the studio and into nature so you can
experience yoga as it was originally intended.  The sounds, smells and
textures of nature offer you the opportunity to stay present and tap into
stillness.  



The
practice will concentrate on the earth element and first chakra to reconnect to
the earth.  We will practice asana for stability and grounding and flow
from one pose into another in a slow and meditative flow.  Listen for and
follow the gentle rhythms of nature and allow each breath to fall in sync.



Being outdoors
gives you access to a whole other world of sensations  It helps you to
feel a part of a boundless existence, at one with an intelligent and
sympathetic universe.

unpredictability of being outside and immersed in the earth element can
strengthen an existing practice or inspire a new one.  All levels welcome.
