Outdoor Yoga

Scale yoga down to its original link with nature. Yoga is about the union of the body and the mind and when you add the extra element of the outdoors, you can also make it about becoming one with nature which is one with the Universe.

Asanas are based on animals and nature.  Experience the rooted tree, flexible cat, powerful mountain and majestic eagle.  There's something special about practicing a sun salutation when you can reach your 
arms up and truly salute the sun.

Practicing outdoors is an immersion of the senses:The smell of nature - trees, grass and air. The smell of the outdoors is nature's way to keep us present and breathing deeply.  The sound of music coming from chirping birds, crickets and tree leaves.  The best playlist ever!  The sensation of the breeze or a blade of grass against your skin.  The taste of the ample prana as it soothes the body, mind and spirit.

Experience awareness, deep breathing and stillness in a different dimension - with nature.
