Planned Power Outages To Impact Swath Of Lakewood
Residents on Waterbury Road, Clarence Avenue, Madison Avenue, Chesterland Avenue and Waterbury Road will lose power Nov. 21.

LAKEWOOD, OH — Some Lakewood residents will see their power go out Nov. 21, while trees are trimmed in portions of the city. From 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on that day, residents in portions of the city will be without power. If inclement weather hits Nov. 21, the outage will take place the next day, Nov. 22.
The city said in a Facebook post the areas affected by the power outage will be Waterbury Road, Clarence Avenue, Madison Avenue, Chesterland Avenue and Waterbury Road. Residents who want more information or have questions are asked to call the Illuminating Company at 800-589-3101.
The planned power outages come less than three weeks after more than 45,000 Northeast Ohioans, including Lakewood residents, were left in the dark following the severe storms Nov. 5. Some Greater Clevelanders were without power for days.
