LAKEWOOD, OH — Raising Cane's has broken ground on its Lakewood restaurant, the company announced. The location will open to the public in September.

“We have found the perfect location in Lakewood, just west of downtown,” said Eric Ongaro, president of Raising Cane’s Ohio, a Raising Cane’s franchisee. “We couldn’t be more thrilled to bring Caniacs in the area a Raising Cane’s to call their own. Along with sharing our ONE LOVE with everyone in the area, our team will be dedicated to getting involved in the local community. We look forward to assembling an enthusiastic crew to join us in serving the Lakewood area.”

The Lakewood Raising Cane's — to be located at 14115 Detroit Avenue — will be only the second Cleveland-area location for the restaurant chain. The Lakewood site also represents the 33rd Raising Cane's in Ohio.
