The company opened its Lakewood location on September 24. Work has already started on two other Northeast Ohio restaurants.

ROCKY RIVER, OH — Raising Cane's has broken ground on two Northeast Ohio restaurants, including a site in Rocky River. The chicken finger joint opened a Lakewood location on September 24.
The restaurant chain expects to open a Brooklyn restaurant, on Tiedeman Road, in November. The Rocky River location will be at 21330 Center Ridge Road and should open in late January, a company representative said.
When Raising Cane's Rocky River opens, there will be four Raising Cane's restaurants in the Cleveland area and 36 in Ohio. The company said both Brooklyn and Rocky River sites will hire up to 100 staffers.

“We are excited to grow in the Cleveland area and bring Caniacs in Brooklyn and Rocky River a Raising Cane’s to call their own,” said Eric Ongaro, president of Raising Cane’s Ohio, a proud Raising Cane’s franchisee. “We’re also thrilled because both of the restaurants will be built with Raising Cane’s new enhanced design with features such as more seating, a patio and more open area, all created to enhance the customer experience."
Raising Cane's has two restaurants in Northeast Ohio that are already operating: a location in Strongsville and another in Lakewood. Both restaurants opened within the last two years. The Lakewood location opened September 24, 2019.
