Snapshot of the Day: Onward and Upward for Lakewood City Academy Graduates
This year's graduating class was comprised of 20 students who convened at the Emerson Elementary School gymnasium to proudly accept their high school diplomas.
Since its inception in 2005, has handed diplomas to a total of 72 students, and Assistant Superintendent Jeff Patterson was eager to congratulate the collective accomplishments of this year's graduates.
"Needless to say, we’re extremely proud of the accomplishments of our 20 Lakewood City Academy graduates," he said. "They are prepared to move on to the next journey in their lives, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the efforts of the staff in cooperation with parents in that program."
