LAKEWOOD, OH — Shelby John Nealy, who was arrested by Lakewood Police, has admitted to his involvement with three murders in Florida, police announced.
Nealy, aka Shelby Svensen, 25, was the son-in-law of Richard Louis Ivancic, 71, and Laura Ann Ivancic, 59, who were found dead in their mobile home in Tarpon Springs, Florida on New Year's Day. Police also found Nicholas James Ivancic, 25, dead in the mobile home. Richard and Laura Ivancic were married and Nicholas was their son.

Tarpon Springs Police Maj. The description of the man matched Nealy.
Nealy is married to Richard and Laura Ann's daughter, Jamie Nicole Ivancic, 21, who is missing under suspicious circumstances. She has been listed in the National Crime Information Center's database as a missing endangered adult.

"We fear Jamie may be a victim, too, in this case," said Young.
Tarpon Springs Police announced Friday that Nealy had admitted to killing his in-laws. However, Nealy has given no information on where Jamie Nicole may be, police said.
On Thursday morning, Lakewood officers were told a 2013 Kia Sorento, believed to be connected to the Florida murders, might be in Lakewood. The vehicle was spotted on Newman Avenue at 9 a.m.
Officers then staked out the SUV, waiting for a sign of who was in possession of the Sorento. When Svensen left a nearby house at 7:30 p.m., he was taken into custody. His two children were taken to Cuyahoga County Children and Family Services.
Svensen is being held at Lakewood City Jail. The Kia is currently in police custody, an officer told Patch.
